ZETAAID
ZETA*AID was built to allow our clients, viewers and guests with easy access to Support based materials and to be able to channel inquiries to our personnel and support team without any frills. We offer a variety of channels for our viewers, guests, members and clients to seek assistance, depending on the Level of Support that has been assigned.
LEVELS OF SUPPORT
Each viewer, member and client will receive a particular level of support, this does not mean that an individual will receive a faster rate of response compared to another; we treat all our guests, visitors, members and clients with equal premium support.
The Level of Support provided, segregates or differentiates the amount of access to the Features within ZETA*AID.
As an example;
A client who has sought SIMPLY HADDAD Premium Design and Development for Web Hosting Services only, will receive a Gold Level Support Plan. Why not Platinum? Well simply because he does not require our Premium Project Management Systems to manage his Domain and Web Hosting Services.
